On Tuesday, September 15, the Althea Foundation was in Ouled Saleh to equip the first preschool classes at the school Dar Dmana. With the help of Myriem, the teacher, along with primary school teachers, the school caretaker and Said (our driver for the journey!), furniture, games and school supplies began to be installed in the classes under the curious eyes of the children.

Thanks to the support of the preschool Treasure Island Casablanca we were able to collect a lot of toys, furniture, decorations and school supplies for 3-5 year olds. A huge thank you to the team at Treasure Island, and the Jeudis Casaouis  team that participated in the funding of school supplies by organizing a evening of support specifically for this project!

To recap, the Althea Foundation is committed- as part of its partnership with the delegation of the Ministry of Education for the Province of Nouaceur- to opening several preschool education classes for disadvantaged children living in the province of Nouaceur. Other preschools should thus be set up in the year 2016. To make these projects a reality, we need everyone. Support our actions by donating or offering preschool equipment here :http://altheafoundation.org/cause/faites-un-don/ ! Thank you all :)
